Apply Gateway, parent company of Hire Intelligence and Cassie AI, has appointed Mitchell Liddell as Chief Operating Officer, strengthening the leadership team alongside CEO Ewan Stark and Co-Founder Rhys Maddocks.
Mitchell joins the business with over two decades of experience in recruitment strategy, operational leadership and talent acquisition within the health and social care sector. His appointment marks a significant step in the company’s continued commitment to helping organisations recruit more efficiently through data, technology and expertise.
Most recently, Mitchell served as Director of Recruitment at Barchester Healthcare, one of the UK’s leading care providers. During his time there, he led large-scale recruitment operations across a national network of over 260 care homes, overseeing strategy, process optimisation and hiring performance during a period of significant sector-wide change.
